Hello and welcome back to MyFerrLady’s Magickal blog!

It’s been awhile. I went inward for awhile taking care of my energetic needs and healing some things that needed healing. In the process, I had a beautiful new healing modality come to me during meditation and I would love to share with you!

As many of you already know, I am a reiki master/teacher and have been sharing my energy healing gifts for quite a few years. Along the way I certified as master/teacher in EFT/TFT tapping and have certified in NLP as well as CBT. Just a quick rundown if you are new to the energy healing world. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that incorporates the universal life force in moving and healing energetic blockages and can help with healing the mind, body, and soul. EFT (emotional freedom technique) and TFT (thought field therapy) tapping is another form of energy healing using verbal and physical cues for your body and working with the meridians to move the energy and help retrain thought processes. NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) are also great tools in re-adjusting thought patterns and behaviors. I also utilize guided meditation with singing bowls, tuning forks for virbration and sound therapy as well as aromatherapy during sessions.

My newest addition of heart centered healing incorporates the use of all these modalities as needed, however, it is very different from the usual hands above reiki.

We sit together and do some grounding and then I take your hands. And I can see. Your body, mind, and spirit chat with me about what it is that you need. We take down barriers, remove what’s no longer needed and build a loving environment for you to succeed in. We look at what is creating walls for you around your heart and bring the walls down.

All is done with love and compassion, guiding and facilitating you toward your higher self.
